End of the Year Congressional and Regulatory Tax Wins and What It Means for You

In December, legislation was signed into law that extended tax credits for wind and solar and created a tax credit for offshore wind.  Offshore wind was also handed another win when the Internal Revenue Service, based on direction from the Treasury Department, issued guidance that allows offshore wind projects up to 10 years to be completed and still take advantage of the tax credit.  You will hear from energy and tax experts about the details of these policies and how these regulatory and Congressional wins will affect your company and the future of the renewable energy industry.
